Objective of the workshop
Europe is facing several future challenges amongst others growing and volatile fossil energy prices, climate change, ageing or the debt crisis. Such challenges may require to develop new transport policies or to adapt existing ones. The objective of this workshop is to discuss about future challenges and their implications for the social and economic effects of transport policies.


Organisation of the workshop
The workshop is organised as an introductory plenary session and three parallel sessions to provide sufficient time for discussions, questions and feedback. It is free of charge, but participants are kindly requested to register. The number of participants is limited and registrations are considered on a first come‐first served principle.
